Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Aqua Gloves (hygiene reasons)
- Floatation Collars & Vests (safety equipment)
- Assisted Access products (hygiene reasons)
- Any items marked as “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Package your return securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our San Antonio facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the difference
- Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions
