At Swimming Gear Shop, we’re dedicated to getting your aquatic equipment and swimwear to you quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracking: Included

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking: Included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and some Asian countries. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your swimming gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
    • Personal protective equipment (Aqua Gloves, Cuffs & Barbells)
    • Lifeguard apparel and rescue equipment
    • Floatation collars & vests
    • Opened personal care items (sunscreen, etc.)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return
  2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging
  4. Include the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package
  5. Ship your return to:

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the correct size. We’ll process your refund once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
